The day at the United Nations, in your pocket.
Envo is a companion app for anyone at the UN. Every meeting, every room, every schedule change — for New York, Geneva, Vienna and Nairobi, in all six official languages, readable even when the Wi‑Fi in the basement isn't.
Your programme of meetings, beautifully organised.
Envo reads the daily Journal of the United Nations so you don't have to. Instead of a PDF and a dozen browser tabs, you get a clear, quiet schedule — grouped by time, not bureaucracy.
Today, at a glance
The full daily programme — official meetings, informal consultations and side events — grouped by time block, with rooms and closed-session markers.
My Meetings
Swipe right on any meeting to save it. Your personal itinerary for the day and the week, with past meetings kept in a quiet archive.
Four duty stations
New York, Geneva, Vienna and Nairobi — switch stations in one tap when you travel, and see the schedule in local time.
All six languages
English, français, español, русский, العربية and 中文 — meeting content itself, not just the interface. Full right-to-left support.
Works offline
Today and the week ahead are cached on your device. Conference-room basements and airplane mode are no obstacle.
Private by design
No ads, no tracking, nothing sold. Analytics are anonymous and privacy-first — an email address is all Envo ever asks for, and only if you create an account.
Never miss a room change again.
The schedule is free, forever. Envo Pro adds the layer that keeps you ahead of it — because rooms move, sessions cancel, and nobody sends a memo.
Calendar sync
Your saved meetings appear in Google Calendar, iCloud or Outlook — automatically, and updated when details change.
Real-time alerts
Push notifications before your meetings start, and the moment a room changes or a session is cancelled.
Private calendar feed
A personal, unguessable feed link — subscribe from your laptop, your desktop, or your assistant's calendar. Revocable any time.
$4.99/month, $34.99/year, or $99.99 once — cancel anytime.
A note from the maker
I spent a summer working as an advisor at the United Nations, and my mornings all began the same way: open the Journal, cross-check rooms, copy meetings into my calendar by hand — and still arrive at Room XII to find the session had moved to Room XIX an hour earlier.
The information was all public. It just wasn't built for the people who actually walk those corridors. So after leaving, I built the tool I kept wishing I had: something fast, quiet and precise, that treats your day with the same care as your work demands.
Envo is independent — not affiliated with or endorsed by the United Nations — and it is built to be private: no tracking, no ads, nothing collected beyond what the app needs to work. I hope it saves you the walk between the wrong rooms.
