Envo

Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 July 2026 · Applies to the Envo iOS app.

These terms govern your use of Envo, an independent mobile app published by Envo ("we", "us"). By using Envo you agree to these terms.

What Envo is

Envo displays publicly available meeting schedules from the Journal of the United Nations, presented in a faster, cleaner interface with personalization and offline access. Envo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the United Nations. Schedule data comes from the public Journal of the United Nations and may be incomplete, delayed, or occasionally inaccurate — Envo is a convenience tool, not an official record. For authoritative, binding information always consult journal.un.org.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. Free features (today's schedule, offline access, My Meetings) work without signing in. Signing in with a one-time email code enables sync across devices. You're responsible for keeping access to your email; we can't recover an account if you lose access to it.

Envo Pro (subscriptions)

Envo Pro unlocks calendar sync, real-time push alerts, and a private calendar feed, offered as auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through the Apple App Store. Standard App Store terms apply:

Acceptable use

Don't use Envo to scrape, redistribute, or resell the schedule data at scale; attempt to disrupt or overload our servers; or use the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No warranty

Envo is provided "as is." Meeting times, rooms, and cancellations can change on short notice and we can't guarantee real-time accuracy — always verify time-sensitive details (e.g. before a closed session) through official UN channels. We're not liable for missed meetings or decisions made based on Envo's data.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app's features over time. Material changes to paid features will be communicated in-app before they take effect.
